- How much does a website cost?
- There are two charges. First, a one-off setup fee of £150-300, depending on how much the site needs. That pays for the design, the build and your domain for the first year. Then it's £49 a month for hosting, updates, changes and support.
- What's included in the monthly fee?
- It covers hosting on Microsoft Azure, updates and security fixes, and backups. It also covers changes to your site when you need them, email support and renewing your domain. It's all £49 a month, with no surprises.
- Do you look after websites you didn't build?
- Yes. If you have a site that nobody looks after, we'll check it for free and tell you what's wrong. If you like what you hear, we take it on for £49 a month. That covers updates, security, backups and changes, with no contract. If it's built on something like Wix, we'll tell you honestly whether to keep it or start again.
- Does it matter where my business is?
- No. We're a digital studio and everything runs remotely, so we work with small businesses across the UK and Spain. The quickest way to reach us is WhatsApp.
- How long does it take to build my website?
- Most sites are ready in 1-2 weeks. I'll send you a link to preview it, and we can make changes until you're happy. Once you say yes, I register your domain and put the site live.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. There's no long contract, just 30 days' notice. There's no exit fee, and your domain is yours to keep.
- Do I need technical knowledge?
- No, that's the whole point. I handle all the tech: hosting, updates and security. If you want something changed, just send me a message and I'll do it.
- Will my website work on mobile phones?
- Yes. Every site is built for phones first, because that's where most people will look you up. It works just as well on a tablet or a laptop.
